VirtuaGuy is a free software that brings strippers right to your Windows desktop.

Guys come to dance and strip on your Windows bar, while you continue using your computer.
Really free?

Yes, the software is 100% free.

It comes with free Guys updates. You'll get the non nudity show of a new Guy automatically downloaded to your desktop every day.

If you want the Guys to strip for you, you can either subscribe or buy them individually on the "Buy" page.
A new Guy every day?

Yes, VirtuaGuy communicates with our servers and randomly picks and downloads the trailer (non nudity) show of a new Guy every day for free.
What's the cost?

VirtuaGuy can be enjoyed for free. It comes with free updates of Guys and there is no obligation to buy anything. You can keep the software and the Guys for as long as you want without paying.

You can buy a Membership that includes the full nudity show of every Guy automatically delivered to your desktop every day. It goes from $9.95 to $14.95 a month depending how long you commit for.

Various filters are located at the topof the page, allowing you to see only the Guys from your collection or the others. You can also sort the Guys by popularity, name or display only certain types of content.

This page is the VirtuaGuy community home, it has four different sub menus:
- My Friends. Allows you to manage your list of friends, add new ones, read about their activity and receive friend requests from other members
- Members. On this page you can see all the members of the VirtuaGuy community members..
- My messages. There you can send Private messages, read your messages etc.
- Forum. Where you can post and check out all the posts other users made.

The site looks all screwed up to me, what can I do?

Make sure you're using the most recent, up-to-date browser.

How do I get the videos to work?

Guy's interviews and videos are in Windows Media format or Divx.
You need the latest version of Windows Media Player. You can download it for free here.
Can I still access VirtuagGuy 2?

VirtuaGuy2.com is still up and running for people who still have membership there. We redirect all incoming traffic to VirtuaGuyHD.com, so if you need to go to the member's area, you need to go directly here: http://members.virtuaGuy2.com/

3. About the Software

How to install VirtuaGuy?

Click on the green button located on the Home and Download pages to start downloading and installing VirtuaGuy on your desktop.

When the download dialog box appears, click "Run"

A security dialog box will appear showing that setup-vghd.exe is made by Totem. Click "Run"

VirtuaGuy's online installation will start.

You might get a warning from your firewall asking if it should let VirtuaGuy access to the internet. Please authorize the access to continue the installation.

Remain connected to the Internet and follow the onscreen instructions, you’re a few minutes away from getting Guys on your desktop!

How to uninstall VirtuaGuy

VirtuaGuy is provided with a full automatic un-install procedure.

Go to: Start/Program/VirtuaGuy /uninstall and VirtuaGuy will be automatically removed from your PC.
Where is VirtuaGuy on my PC?

VirtuaGuy is visible in your systray taskbar as a white 'V' on a red background (or a black one if not active).

Left click on this "V" icon to make the Guy show up when she's not there, do it again when she's there to hide her quickly. Right click on the icon to display the menu or Quit it.

You can relaunch it from Start/Programs/VirtuaGuy/VirtuaGuy
The V icon flashes with a !

If the V icon flashes with a "!" : it warns you of a problem with downloads.
Please open the software options (right clik the V icon and select options), go to the "downloads" tab and check your status.
- if 'not connected' : the software cannot communicate with the servers perhaps internet provider, firewall or so, please check on your end.
- if 'virtuaGuy_downloader not found' then go back to the V icon, right click and quit virtuaGuyHD. Then relaunch it from your start menu / programs / virtuaGuyHD / virtuaGuyHD. It should be fine now.
I lost all my models, what to do?

This is a very very rare bug that we are still trying to resolve. Don't panic, all your models are still on your hard drive.

1) Quit VirtuaGuy
2) Delete the models.lst from "C:/Documents and Settings/usersname/Application Data/vghd/Data/models.lst" (If you use Vista or Win7, go to C:/Documents and Settings/PC_USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/VGHD)
3) hit the check for updates button in the download tab of the option box of the software.
The systray menu

Right click on the V icon in the systray (a right 'V' on a red or black background) menu to display the menu.

Quit: Quits VirtuaGuy.
My collection: Brings your collection of Guys in the software.
Settings: brings you to the software settings.
Website brings you to the site logged in.Options: Display the options box.
Active / Deactivated: Allows / prevents Guys to show up on your screen.
The software interface

Right click the V icon and select "My collection":

My Collection allows you to manage your collection : roll your mouse over one card : you can select it, play it and access more info with the cross. You can also download or purchase the ones you miss. You can filter your collection with the top filters.

Right click the V icon and select "settings" to open the software interface:

Settings allows you to set your preferences (size, transparency, appearance frequency, level of nudity, show mode etc.

Screensaver to set your screensaver preferences: background, zoom, music, etc.)

Advanced allows to set your security level and manage the downloads (automatical or not) and to check for updates, check your connection status, etc. You'll also find there your
username.
The Software interface / My Collection

There you can manage your collection.
Roll your mouse over each card to act:
- the square icon with green v allows you to activate/deactivate the card (it will play or not)
- the blue round button allows you to play the card
- the black cross opens an advanced info pop up where you can delete, download or purchase the card.

Filters:
'Card display' allows you to display your collection by card (small size), icon list, name list or big cards.

'Order by card num.'
Allows you to sort the cards in your collection by card number, name or release date.
NB: Click once on the type of sort you want and Guys will be sorted in rising order (a->z; 1->1000; jan->dec), click again, it is sorted in descending order(z->a; 1000->1; dec->jan).

Filters allow you to hide the inactive cards or the not downloaded cards.

The central part displays your cards : in colors they are downloaded (Demo or full shows), in black and white they are available for download, whitened they are deactivated.

- 'Check / Uncheck all': allows you to activate or deactivate all the cards in 1 click

- 'save playlist' : a playlist can be made of a list of cards you choose to activate. Playlists are saved in application data/vghd/data/playlist and you can load the lists you save by simply clicking the 'load playlist' button.

Appearence
- Appear Every
  Use the slider to set how often the guys visit you
- Left / Randow / Right
  Choose where you want the guys to show up on your screen
- Shadow Mode
  Check this box if you want the guys to appear as a shadow on your screen (click in the box on the right to select the color of the shadow).
- Always on Top
  Check this box if you want the guys to appear always on top of all other windows (recommended)
Preferences
- Play no nudity shows:
  Allow guys to appear fully dressed.
- Allow Topless shows:
  Allow guys to appear topless on your desktop
- Allow Full Nudity shows:
  Allow guys to appear fully nude on your desktop.
- Allow Explicit Behaviour
  Allow sexually explicit conducts
- Allow Interactivity:
  Allow guys to ask you spontaneously about what you want through dialog bubbles. Please note that disabling this option don't prevent you from interacting with guys by clicking on them. This option is grayed-out and not available in the current version.
- Voices
  Check this box if you want to hear the guys when they speak to you
- Music
  Check this box if you want music to be played during stripteases. This option is grayed and not available in the current version.
Presets Selection
Choose one of the four classic settings for VirtuaGuy.
- Classic (recommended) makes the Guys appear in small mode on your screen and let you click on them to see them full mode.
- Light makes gliding over your applications with a lot of transparency.
- Shades makes the guys appear in shadows.
- Maximal makes the Guys appear in maximum size for both modes.
Confirm
Confirms all the changes made.

Cancel
Discard all the changes made.
The software interface / Screensaver

There you can activate VirtuaGuy as a screensaver.
- In the 'screensaver selection' you choose the background
- Activation allows you to add VirtuaGuy screensaver to your Windows screensavers.
- Music:
Check this box if you want music to be played during stripteases. Click the + to add music from your computer.
- Appearance:
Check this box if you want the Guys to appear as a shadow on your screen (click in the box on the right to select the color of the shadow).
- Erotic level:
'all audiences': not for virtuaGuy
'lightly sexy': allows Guys to appear fully dressed.
'Topless': allows Guys to appear topless on your desktop.
'Full Nudity': allows Guys to appear fully nude on your desktop.
'Explicit': allows all Guys to have sexually connoted gesture.
Right & left click on Guys

When you right click on a Guy while she's performing, a menu appears:

For the trailers:
- name - outfit
- Buy her: Bring you on the website where you can buy the Guy.
- Buy her: Opens the model page on the site where you can purchase her.
- Quit: close ViruaGuy

For the full shows:
- name - outfit
- Show me hot stuff launches one animation of the Guy where she unveils.
- Replay this clip when finished replays 1 time the current show.
- Display model's Webpage: As it says
- Full mode: Check or uncheck this to switch between discreet and full modes. You can also left click on the Guy to do that.
- Switch to anothr outfit: when you have several cards of the same model you can switch to another one.
- Switch to next Model: As it says
- Magnifyer: activate the magnifyer and roll your mouse over the model to see details.
- Quit: closes VirtuaGuy.

Left click on the model changes the mode discreet to full or full to discreet.
Which operating systems are supported?

VirtuaGuy® runs on Microsoft® Windows® XP Vista and Seven.

It also works perfectly on Mac® with Parallels Desktop® or other similar applications.
What's the Software update?

VirtuaGuy checks for news on our servers once a day .
If a new version of VirtuaGuy software is available, you'll be prompted to install it.
Is VirtuaGuy safe for kids?

Although it's intended for adults, the free version contains no nudity at all. If you buy a Guy or become a member, you can disable all nudity in the Options/settings and/or protect the launch of a show with a password in the advanced settings of the software options.
How much space does VirtuaGuy use?

VirtuaGuy requires about 30Mb.
Every Guy’s free trailer takes an extra 1 to 3Mb.
Any Guy’s full show takes from 200 to 350 to 500Mb.
Can I backup the Guys?

Yes.
XP USERS : go to c:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Application Data\vghd\
VISTA & SEVEN USERS : go to c:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\vghd\

There you'll find a folder for each Guy in a folder named "Models" + all needed data in a folder named "Data".

You can freely backup any folder and delete them from there if you want to make space on your hard drive.

Avoid to remove the folders from the Guy that is scheduled for the coming day as the program will attempt to download it again if you remove it.

To restore any Guy from a backup, simply copy back her folder at the same place.
Can I install VirtuaGuy on more than one PC?

Yes. We grand you a license for two PCs.
Once you installed the software on one PC and created your account, install the software on the second PC and register using the same login and password.
If it happens that you need to install again, make sure you uninstall one licence first without uninstalling your collection).
If you encounter a message 'too many installations' please contact the customer service from the help section.
Can I transfer Guys from one PC to another?

If you're running VirtuaGuy on two PCs (let's say at home and at the office), you can copy any Guy's folder from one PC to the other to save download time.

Guys can't be transfered to/from a PC running a version of VirtuaGuy registered by someone else.
I have a bug to report, what should I do?

Please select "report a bug" in our forum or through the appropriate form in the Customer Service.

Make sure to give us as many details as you can and include your detailed configuration (Browser, Version of Windows, PC etc).
Do you offer any tools for developers?

We're not offering any tools as for now but feel free to contact us if you have any suggestions.
Is VirtuaGuy running on WebTV?

No, sorry, VirtuaGuy won't run on WebTV.
Is VirtuaGuy running on Mac?

There is no Mac version, but VirtuaGuy works perfectly fine with applications like Parallels Desktop for Mac which enables you to run Windows, Linux, and more side-by-side with Mac OS X on any Intel-powered Mac, without rebooting.

My drive is filling up. How to move all Guys to another drive?

Reach the VGHD Data & Models directories (stored by default in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER\Application Data\vghd for XP and in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\vghd for Vista & Seven), copy and paste them to the other drive which would then be X:\VGHD (where X is your other drive)

Uninstall VirtuaGuy and then reinstall and watch for the option to change the data directory, its not a prompt, just a section on the setup screen.

NB: The uninstall will remove your saved (and encrypted) password, so you either need to have remembered what your VirtuaGuy account password was or to check on your password thru the Help section.

When you browse to select the drive X, it will display the new destination as X:\\. Do not worry about the second slash. You should then be able to re-update your rights and the models should not be redownloaded.
Problems with two Operating Systems installed

If you have two operating systems installed on your PC, make sure you locate VirtuaGuy's data directory on the partition where you have installed the Operating System you use the most.
On the other partition you'll see only the trailers.
Means if you have 1. XP and 2. Vista and you install VirtuaGuy on vista, you'll be able to see the full shows and trailers on vista and on XP only the trailers.
Protect by password

You can choose to protect VirtuaGuy with a password.
To do so : Check the box "Protect by password "striptease" in the software interface/ Advanced settings tab.
You'll be requested this password each time you wish to activate the software.

4. About the Guys

How do I set or change my favorite VirtuaGuy?

Go to any Guy's profile and set her rating. Your favorite VirtuaGuys will be the ones you gave the best rating to.
Which Guys do I get?

Your software picks up Guys from the 600+ available so that they come and visit you.

We also keep adding new Guys on a regular basis, check out the "What's New" section to see the latest ones added.

Check the "My Collection" tab of the software interface to see the Guys that already visited you + the one who will visit you tomorrow.
Do people collect Guys?

Yes they do.
Our servers are scheduling Guys randomly for each user to make each collection unique.
You'll quickly discover that most Guys performed more than once for us and that you can try to find the rest of their shows to complete your collection.
How do you choose outfits?

It's a mix. We rely on the Guys themselves to bring as many outfits as they can and we also spend a lot of time shopping for the craziest outfits around.
Then the Guys pick out their own outfits, themes, tell our makeup artist what kind of hair and make-up they want.
Where are the Guys from?

Most of our models are coming from eastern Europe. As you'll see browsing our website, young Guys are beautiful over there.
We also produce American Guys from time to time in order to bring you the best of both worlds. Famous models as Sunny Leone, Aria Giovanni… also contributed to make VirtuaGuy unique (If you never experienced Crissy Moran half naked waking you in the morning, you don't know half of what computers have been made for...)
Are free trailers expiring?

Yes, free trailers only last 5 days on your computer. You can check how many remaining days there is for each of them in "My Collection" in the software options.

Of course when you buy a full show, it never ever expires.

How often will I be charged for your services?

You'll be charged at each purchase of tickets only.
How do I buy Guys individually?

You first need to credit your account with money to get credits. Then go to the Guy's profile and click on Buy Her Now.

You can also use Free credits if you have any.
How much are the Guys?

Price differs from one Guy to another, revolving around $2.
There is a $1 Special Offer for on a different Guy every day : the one that pay you a visit as a trailer in your software.
We also regularly run special offers, like the 8 girsl of the day for 1 ticket.

All Guys can also be bought with Free credits.
How do I get Free credits ?

Free credits are obtained when you spend money with us. You’ll be given the option to use them when buying a Guy.
How do I download a Guy after I bought her individually?

After you bought a Guy on the website, please go to the "Advanced" tab of the software interface and click on "Check for news" button in the lower left corner.

If the box "Automatically download full shows" is checked in the Download Tab (that's the default setting), then the Guy you just bought will start downloading immediately.

Otherwise she will be available for you to download manually in the "My Collection" tab (using the "Download Now" button ).

If you don't go in the "Download" tab of the software interface and click on "Check for news" button, she will be added to your collection on the next automatic update which happens once a day.
Is it safe to buy with my Credit Card?

We rely on third party processors such as Paycom, ccBill or CommerceGate to charge you. This is the safest and most convenient way to purchase access to on-line venues. They all use SECURED transaction servers (128-Bit Encrypted SSL), process millions of on-line transactions each year, have strong privacy policies and 24/7 customer services on top of ours.
What is my bank statement going to show?

Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge from Paycom, CCbill or CGBilling depending on the payment processor you selected.
Can I use my debit card?

As long as your debit card has a VISA or MasterCard logo on it, you can use it like you'd use a credit card.
Can I join even if I don't have a credit card or US checking account?

Unfortunately, PayPal has decided not to do business with adult businesses so we are unable to offer memberships through their service.
How do I cancel my account?

If you want to cancel you account, go to "my account" on the site and click on "Cancel my membership" and follow the instructions.
What if I cancel my account in between two rebills?

If you cancel your account before a rebill, we will not charge your account anymore and your membership will expire at the end of the period paid. For example, if you signed up on January 15th and cancelled on January 30th, your membership will expire on February 14th.
The full shows you collected during your membership will stay yours.
I'm still having a problem, who can I contact?

This option is available only to buy ONE ticket. Please be aware that the price can differ depending on your country operators.
Having problems with a payment option?

We rely on several billing processors, if one refuses you, we will redirect you to another one.

7. About My Account

Can I share my account with my friends?

No. If there are too many separate IPs accessing the site in a set period of time or if we see two people logged at once on the same account, your account will be terminated and you will not be given a refund.
How do I login?

Enter your username and password in the boxes in the left colum module.

We're saving a cookie on your computer to spare you from having to login each time you come and visit us.
My password isn't working

First, make sure your cookies are enabled in your browser.
Second, make sure the password you enter is the exact one you chose.
Your username and password are CaSe SeNsiTiVe (letter "a" is NOT the same as "A") and must be entered in exactly the same way as when you joined.
The easiest is to copy & paste them from the subscription confirmation you received by email. If it's still not working, follow the "I forgot my password" procedure below.

How to I change my password/email address/profile information?

Go to "My account" section. There you can edit all your profile information by clicking on the "Edit" button.

Your Password is chosen by the system during the installation process and can't be changed nor your Alias, which identifies you in the community.
How do I upload my profile's picture?

edit your profile in "My account" and click on the "Browse" button and select the picture you'd like on your PC.
I can't upload my profile pic. What's wrong?

Check that your image is a JPEG (.jpg), GIF (.gif), BITMAP (.bmp) or PNG (.png) file.
Can I change my username?

Unfortunately no, you can't change your username or alias, as it identifies you in the community.
What kind of behaviour can get my account suspended?

Scaring or making uncomfortable any other members of VirtuaGuy, making the jobs of the people who work on this site harder then needed be, making racist or sexist remarks, attempting to hack the site or run scripts on the site, using fraudulent credit card when joining, violating our terms of service are among the most common behaviours that will get you suspended right away.
Offensive content

Please respect the spirit and tone of our community.

We do not censor user submitted content based on our personal biases or interest, but we do pull down user submitted content that is deemed as offensive by a significant sample of our members, in terms of images, language or theme.

Breaking our rules which includes failing to respect the spirit and tone of the community or posting something that demands a disproportionate amount of time and moderation by our team may result in your account being suspended or, in extreme cases, banned.

If you believe a profile or the picture it might contain is offensive or does not suit the standards of VirtuaGuy or the community, you can report it for our review using the link "Report this [...] as offensive" right below it. We do pull down user submitted content that is deemed as offensive by a significant sample of our members, in terms of images, language or theme.

When you are reading other's posts in a topic, simply click on the "Reply" button at the bottom right of the page.
How do I add an image to my posts?

Use the browse files button at the bottom of the add entry popup box and select the image you want to add to your post.
Can I submit my own artwork?

Yes you can. Go to the Forum and post it in the "User artwork" section.

Submissions are moderated, keep it clean and classy. If accepted, your submission will appear within 2-5 days.

Please respect the spirit and tone of our community.
