With all due respect, I agree with most of the positive suggestions posted here -and would like to add: "If you build it, they will cum!" ...and be only too happy to support and subsidize a site that appeals to their respective interests. Realize that the gay demographic is a niche market -one that has no problem spending for quality and service in product. I have seen many posts and suggestions on this site for the better part of a year -all constructive and yet, without response/reply from the team. Listen to your subscribers! ...they have/are telling you what they want, and what could very well catapult this site beyond the current success of your other endeavors. As a gay man, I have no interest in your sister product -but a very distinct interest in this one. The re-formatting and resurrection of your legacy models, the addition of alternatively built/endowed men (hairy, and slightly more mature would be a welcumed addition), and perhaps expansion to on-line chat/personals and web-cam services would lead towards the development and success to which you aspire. How many creative thoughts and suggestions lie in these very posts? Many!!! You relly need to add new galleries. It has been months sice you have added any.

I've seen vg in its various incarnations over the past few years.
It's a great,unique product - the 'on your desktop' aspect really adds an exciting edge, and the current HD incarnation really has the detail needed to make me smile in my pants.

However...

1) Diversity of product widens you target audience - be careful not to become overful with bel ami type twinks. Some over 30's and guy-next-door types will keep me buying.

2) There are a few threads on here about the whole cumshot/no cumshot issue. True, some people won't want to see cumshots/hard-ons - they can just untick the 'allow very explicit shows' option. Do not marginalize a major audience to cater for a minority one!

3) Some hardcore shows would be very welcome - probably combined with a minor release to add an extra 'allow' option.

4) More shows - it is much more cost effective for you to keep an existing customer than to get a new one. They only way you can keep existing customers is to release more shows: one a week or similar.

5)'Coming Up' - this is not a true coming up feature, but showing us what you already have. Please give us a true coming up feature, where we can see the next 1-4 shows to be released, with release dates.

6) Feedback - canvassing customers for opinions and then not providing feedback is one of the quickest ways to f**k your customers off

The pink pound is massive, and gay men will give you huge amounts of money - but you'll have to work hard, listen to us and give us what we want if you want our repeat business.

The best thing you can do to improve your business is to give a sh*t about improving your business, rather than making some passive-aggressive whinge and passing problem off to your customers.

If you can't be bothered then just sell the rights to bel ami/kristen bjorn/sean cody/corbin fisher/etc or some other company who has the vision and commitment to make it work.

I think I have to agree with carrotman2001 about selling this to a company like sean cody/corbin fisher etc. At least they would probably do a lot more with it!
I can't understand how this product has got into a stale situation, this product has huge potential. Have they never thought about sponsorship/advertising? I know they had the link with Bel Ami but to be honest did we actually see any results from that? If they were sponsored by a major company such as Bel Ami or others like them why did we not see more models flooding in?
I would have thought if this company had a sponsorship/advertising deal with another company then models would have been aplenty. Afterall, more models = more potential customers. If more models are available it would draw more interest from potential customers. Another thing, but if an advertising/sponsorship deal was drawn up with these compannies surely a deal could be struck up between them about offers......

....say buy a subscription to a website and get a slight discount of Virtuaguy membership with 4 free tickets. Or how about if you have a Virtuaguy membership, buy a selected set of shows and get a months trial membership to another website! Surely that would work to get more customers flooding in! This has huge potential, and it's a shame that this company cannot see what this is! Let's hope something happpens soon, I rarely visit this site now because of the lack of updates and I still have 9 tickets in my account. I wonder if other people would agree with my suggestions?

I've just joined recently...not even a week..and I'm already starting to get tired of browsing the guys since it seems that no updates are being made. I have 5 guys in my collection and still have tickets left but I don't know where to use them since you offer limited choices. I really hope you add more models in your gallery and I hope you'll be more interactive with your subscribers.

i'd like the old way of paying back, sending a cell text because it's easier for me to buy the show by that way...I don't know about other people but I prefer having the two options to choose the one I like.

Well, I read through this entire thread and am pretty surprised that in all these months, there was never a post by Totem after the initial post. Perhaps 1 possibility to help this site out is to hire a gay rep who can actually stomach coming over here to VirtuaGuyHD? It seems like the original poster doesn't like coming over here.

I would also like to see a greater variety in costumes. Frankly I personally don't mind more of the same models, I think Cameron (that boy has great moves), Kerim, Mohanis (fantasic moves), Jonathan and Oracio (that guy IGNITES my desktop with his moves) are all to DIE for. So are many of the other guys (I also love the guys who grin at us, Cameron does this, Kerim has a beautiful smile, Dennis Reed does this, and I adore the expressions Randy Scott has on his face as he performs) But I would like to see some more costumes, like cowboys, cops, etc.

Another suggestion that I have (I noticed that a concern of yours, Totem, was high-priced models), is that maybe you could have some sort of contest where you pick a couple of the actual members of this site to be dancers? I bet some have the moves and the will AND the looks to do it, and it would be a very interesting novelty, in my opinion.

Plus getting some guys from other established sites or companies (like you did with the twins, Denis Reed and Thomas Friedl) might be a boon. I would feel like I had died and gone to heaven if Kurt from Sean Cody made an appearance on this site, for instance. God he is breathtaking and having him dance (or something) on my desktop would rock my world. Teo from ChaosMen would also be a wonderful addition. Chris Rockway and Reece Rideout from Randy Blue as well.

Anyone else realize that this thread was posted in June and since then there have not been any updates? Not even a reply saying "Hey guys we appreciate your feedback". I mean, isn't the basis of a good business customer interface? Terrible, just terrible, that's all I have to say.

How about releasing the two missing cards number 30 & 38 surely is worth it you would sell some of them, it may make your customer happier for a little while, it seems silly not to as they have already been made unless of course there is some reason these cards cannot be released, it seems a shame that any new customer coming here will be put of by all the negative vibes going on here ;-)

CyberVixen, I had no idea there were two unreleased cards. Wow, this is nuts. I am starting to think that VirtuaGuy is going to go the way of the dinosaur, which sucks. I hope they let us keep the guys we have paid for and let us continue to use the software even if they do go belly up.

The updated VirtuGuyHD software, and recent release of Cameron's new card are to be commended. Thank You! Curious to know... cards 30 & 38 -did they ever exist. If so, perhaps their release would fill the gaps until newer cards/shows become available. In my personal opinion, further productions of Kerim and Paul (or the likes of) would add some renewed vigor to the site -as these men bleed sensuality, and have the capability of rejuvinating and celebrating the very concept of VirtuGuyHD. ...just some thoughts from a recently/pleasantly surprised subscriber. I would like to know that what is the plan about VguyHD before end of this year (2009) and next year too.

I don't know that how many members had already left this site because there is no new guy for very long time while VgirlHD has new girl every week.

I only know that my plan is going to leave this site next year, if there is no new show before end of this year (2009).

I hope that Totem will take some action to prove that you really care about us (all members) soon.
